Definitions
"Seller" shall mean BANBURY POSTICHE LIMITED
"Buyer" shall mean the person, firm or company with whom any Contract to supply Goods is made by the seller.
"Rapture"Hair Extension System
a) The headings in these conditions are for convenience only and shall not affect their interpretation.
Goods shall not be accepted back for credit or exchange unless in perfect condition i.e. unused, and within 14 days of the original invoice date or, if stated as "non-returnable" at the point of purchase.
No liability shall be accepted in respect of any damage to goods resulting from any alteration or treatment whatsoever of goods after purchase.
The seller must receive notification in writing within 7 days of the delivery date of any damage or shortage concerning any consignment. Goods shall only be declared lost after a period of 14 days from the date of postage.
Whilst every effort shall be made to dispatch goods on the date requested the seller shall not accept liability for any delay in delivery of such goods.
All goods shall remain the property of Banbury Postiche Ltd until they have been paid for in full. All sales shall be subject to the seller's right to cancel if circumstances beyond the seller's control render this unavoidable.
Rapture
The finished results of an individual operators client-treatment are beyond our control and we can accept no liability, direct or consequential, as a result of dissatisfaction. It is imperative that no persons other than skilled operators offer or undertake to conduct hair extension treatments.
Rapture is a registered trademark. Rapture products are only to be used in conjunction with each other, and must not be used as a part of any other hair system.
Unless stated in writing all prices given by the seller are for sale ex-works of the seller and are exclusive of carriage, insurance or freight.
All accounts are payable on demand and are strictly net. If no demand is made, then all accounts must be paid within 30 days of invoice date. If at the date on which we are ready to deliver the goods you delay delivery for any reason, we may present invoices for full settlement within 30 days of that date. In default of payment and without prejudice to any other rights of remedies we reserve the right to demand payment of all outstanding balances whether or not due and/or cancel all outstanding orders. Interest shall be charged on outstanding balances at the rate of 3% per month of part of. You shall not be entitled to withhold or set-off payment for goods delivered or work done for any reason whatsoever.
Banbury Postiche makes every effort to ensure that all human hair products supplied are of the best quality. As a natural product however, we cannot guarantee the performance of any individual consignment. The finished results of an individual client treatment are subjective and therefore beyond our control. We can accept no liability, direct or consequential as a result of client dissatisfaction.
The buyer shall be liable for safe delivery of all goods sent to Banbury Postiche. We always advise recorded postage is used when sending any valuable items. Banbury Postiche can accept no liability for goods lost or damaged in transit to our premises. In the event of loss or damage 50% of the current trade price of the goods will be charged to the buyer.
English Law shall govern the agreement between the parties.
